The department of production of precision dies, micro-machining technology, the newest
department launched in 2004, leads Matex technology by making full use of state-of-the-
art machinery and equipment.
The Department of Precision Dies, Micro-Machining Technology
The department makes backups of Matex technological capabilities specializing in the design development and the manufacture of mass-produced products. At present it seeks
after the micro-machining as “industrial products” and makes technological improvements of Ultra-Compact gears.

Matex is now advancing development of Plastic Injection Molded Ultra-compact Planetary Gear Module System, and in addition, in terms of the design and the manufacture of molds, Matex is also working on research and development of self-manufacture in house.
