PRODUCTION CAPACITY IN DOMESTIC AND OVERSEAS

Our main factory in Japan is not only a design and development center of the group but also the core of the group as a base of production and sales responding quickly to various requests from domestic customers.

Along with sophistication of our existing technology, we have started to study related to robot industry which is rapidly evolving market. We have been developing the products targeting domestic robot and service robot.

Based on the experiences and engineering expertise cultivated, we make it possible to develop the products which meet diversified specifications required by the customers.

In addition to these our research and developments, we have the production facilities, which can be flexible from trial, small and medium lot production. Since both technical and production departments are working closely with good communication, the feedback of design problems anticipated in mass production can be made timely and efficiently. We have an injection molding machine for super engineering plastic, which enables us to produce high-performance products such as car parts, medical equipment.

We established our first overseas factory in Laguna, Philippines in 1997, followed by the China Wuxi factory as a third production base in 2005.

Both Philippines and China factories produce not only injection molding and precision metal mold products but also planetary gear and electric actuators in mass production. Also they take an important role in material procurement for headquarter.

Our customers are not limited to Japanese companies, we have good reputation from European, American and local companies in the many fields requested high qualities and precision such as vehicle part, office automation equipment, electric parts etc.
