The gear units using precision small gear made by injection molding have been enjoying a good reputation by many customers, and we always aim to improve our skills. We also pursue performance and quality which can be only achieved with integrated production and conduct R&D in order to design, manufacture and commercialization of molds.

As state-of-the-art machines were introduced, we do high speed and high precision gear cutting in-house. For sintered parts, we respond customers' demands by utilizing our group network worldwide. We offer consultation for customers who consider to change to plastic gears made by precision injection molding for the lighter weight.

In addition, since both of our factories in China and Philippines do mold design and manufacturing, we can respond quickly to requests to change from metalic gears to plastic gears.
