Do you provide service from development, trial production to mass-production?

Yes. If the detailed specifications are decided, we provide consistent service from development, trial production to mass-production based on the specs. Also, we can offer technical support at conceptual design phase. We suggest our ideas proactively as needed.

What information do you require when we request design & development?

Products' usage application, required torque & rpm, power source specifications, required size, using & environmental conditions etc.

Do you select & arrange motors?

Yes we do. We have many suppliers both domestic and overseas. Or you just tell us what product specifically you request to use .

What kind of parts you can arrange?

We procure parts such as motor, metal processing parts. Injection molded parts are manufactured by ourselves.

Do you develop control circuit board?

No, we don’t develop control circuit board. But we procure it from our supplier.

Can you conduct endurance tests?
Can you also manufacture test equipment or jig?

It depends on what kind of test you request. We have many experiences. Please make an inquiry from here.

How much noise level do you expect?

It depends on the specifications. We have earned a good reputation in noise reduction with our original mechanism and fine material selection.

Do you manufacture products in Japan?

We manufacture products in both domestic and overseas factories.

Can you import the products which produced at overseas factories into Japan?
Or, can you deliver the overseas produced products directly from the factory to our site overseas?

Yes we do both. We can deliver the products from our overseas factories to your designated site overseas.

Do you offer services such as repair, maintenance?

We do not offer such services, however we provide repair parts of our products.
