Generally, planetary gear system requires a lot of different components and some specific part. Also, designing planetary gear system which is suitable to actual use requires special know-how about gear.

Matex Planetary Gear Module solved such problems. By using it, complicated design of planetary gear mechanism is no longer needed. What you should do is just selecting a reduction ratio and an input/output shapes.

1.Efficiency	Over 90% efficiency with a single stage, over 81% with 2 layers of modules
2.Lower Noise	Special mechanism for holding the planetary load reduced gear noise and there is no change in noise level due to load fluctuations.
3.Load Equalization	The disadvantages of planetary gears have been reduced by a load equalization mechanism.
4.High Torque	Modules incorporating the planetary equalization holding mechanism can be made more compact and produce higher torque.
5.Modular Gear Design	Gear specifications are no longer subject to acceptance inspection. Installation can be made on a concentric axis, making it ideal for product design.
6.Extensive range of models / reduction ratio	Combining standard ratios (1/3, 1/4, 1/5) provides a wide range of reduction ratios.
7.Optimal specifications	We can develop and manufacture custom-made planetary gear system based on customer's request specifications using diverse parts with optimum materials from metal to plastic.
